• Carefully open the pack to avoid tearing the condom. Do not use sharp objects. 
• Do not unroll the condom before putting it on. 
• If not circumcised, gently pull back the foreskin. 
• Place the condom on the tip of the erect penis and squeeze the tip to remove any trapped air. 
• While continuing to squeeze the tip, unroll the condom fully down the length of the penis. 
• After ejaculation, hold the condom firmly at the base and withdraw while the penis is still erect to prevent spillage. 
• Remove the condom carefully, tie a knot, and dispose of it safely in a waste bin. Do not flush.
